Your first visit to our office, the initial consultation, is free of charge. This appointment consists of a thorough examination, a discussion of basic orthodontic treatment, and options unique to the individual patient’s needs. You are encouraged to ask questions as well. The topics of cost, time frame, financial arrangements and insurance are also covered at this appointment. If the patient has orthodontic insurance please bring the insurance card. At this initial appointment, if you decide to proceed with treatment, we can expedite the process by proceeding with the diagnostic records (charged according to financial arrangements). If you attend your complimentary initial consultation visit as scheduled and you decide to proceed with full orthodontic treatment we will immediately post a $50.00 credit to your account.
