Martha Fordham – Front Desk Receptionist and Scheduling Coordinator I have worked for Dr. Levin for 18 years as Front Desk Receptionist and Scheduling Coordinator. Over the years, it is extremely satisfying to watch as our various patients, both adults and children, grow and change through their orthodontic experience. I have two daughters, Denise and Tracy, and three wonderful grandchildren: Kathryn and twins Wade and Wyatt. I am a Florida native, born and raised in Jacksonville. My interests include traveling, and collecting Beatrix Potter chinaware. |  |
Sharon Woods - Insurance Coordinator I have been working for Dr. Levin for 14 years as the Insurance Coordinator. You will also find me at the front desk assisting with scheduling and other duties. I have worked for several orthodontists around the country while my husband served in the United States Air Force. In my leisure time, I enjoy hobbies such as quilting, cross stitching, gardening and traveling. |  |
Janeen Massie - Treatment Coordinator After relocating to Florida from New Jersey, I began working for Dr. Levin in 2005 in the position of Treatment Coordinator. I have two wonderful sons, Todd and Ryan, and two adorable grandsons, Luke and Jake. Another addition to my family is my dog, Layla, a Silkie Terrier. Outside of the office I enjoy activities such as traveling, fashion, decorating and “fun in the sun.” |  |
Jan Jackson – Certified Orthodontic Assistant I have worked with Dr. Levin for 18 years as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. My passion for orthodontics includes over 30 years of experience. I have a son, Daniel, who is currently studying architecture at the University of Florida. Additionally, I am loved by a Rat Terrier named Teri. Hobbies that I enjoy outside of the office include gardening, camping, bird watching and of course, walking and bike riding. |  |
Lori Bessler – Certified Orthodontic Assistant I have worked with Dr. Levin as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant since 2004. I am originally from California, moved to Dallas, and have been a Florida resident for almost 15 years. I have a beautiful daughter, Hallie, and a puppy named Scooter. My favorite leisure time activities include spending time with family and friends, traveling and painting. |  |
Ashley Smith – Certified Orthodontic Assistant I have been working with Dr. Levin as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant since 2008. Additionally, I am a Florida native, born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale. I have an amazing husband, Shawn, who is currently serving overseas in the United States Army. In my spare time, I enjoy running, listening to music and spending time with my family and friends. |  |
Patty Ames – Lab Technician I have been Dr. Levin’s Lab Technician for the past 12 years. I make the study models and orthodontic appliances. Happily married since 1975, my husband, Terry, and I moved from Vermont to Sanford in 1989. Our family consists of two black standard poodles, Toby and Paris, and a cat named Shadow. We own the franchise for Nature’s Select Holistic Pet Food for central Florida. I was a Wilton cake decorating instructor for 11years and enjoy creating wedding cakes in my time away from the office. |  |
