After the initial consultation (for which there is no charge), a diagnostic records appointment may be recommended. At this appointment impressions of the teeth, x-rays of the teeth and jaws, photographs of the patient, and a dental exam are performed. Dr. Levin uses digital imaging and analysis to develop a treatment plan that is appropriate to correct the orthodontic problem.
After the diagnostic records appointment, another consultation appointment is set up, at which time Dr. Levin will review and fully explain his findings with the patients and/or parents. At this time, he will prescribe the treatment that is needed as well as any unusual circumstances that will affect the treatment plan. This appointment also gives the New Treatment Coordinator an opportunity to explain the fees associated with the treatment as well as establish a payment program that will not impose a burden on the financial resources of a family. |  |
